I really love this product as a night moisturizer, but I don't notice any difference in the oiliness of my skin when using it. I have very oily skin and I haven't found any products that make it less oily so I wasn't expecting miracles from this product. Maybe with regular use it will eventually help re-balance my oily skin, but I didn't notice such an effect after just a few days of use. I do, however, love it as a night time moisturizer. Because my skin is oily I prefer gel products, but most of the time those types of products don't provide enough hydration. This product works wonderfully as a moisturizer and I love that it is all natural. My skin is normally very reactive to products and I have experienced no reactions or breakouts with this. I would give it 5 stars as a moisturizer, I only give it 4 because it doesn't really deliver on the oil control, but maybe for someone with only moderately oil skin it would. Oh, and the jar is so beautiful...lovely purple glass; you could even peel the label off and reuse the jar for something else after you ran out of product. Compared to the moisturizer that I was using, it costs 3X less and I like it more, so I would definitely repurchase.

I have somewhat oily skin (normal to oily) and I love this stuff. Even though it's a gel it makes my skin feel so moisturized and refreshed too. It helps with those pesky zits overnight so they look smaller when you wake up. Highly recommended^^
