Pretty good program, takes some time to get used to having shakes instead of food, but then its a lot easier and quicker.

I wanted to lose weight so I bought the transformation kit. They only give you 10 shakes worth of flavors after that your on your own. All the supplements they give you only lasted 2 weeks. The shakes only give you about 2 months. They say it's for a 90 day transformation but they do not stand behind the product. My suggestion is to not purchase this item. It's a waste of money and a waste of time.
