Swanson's capsules are small and the textures a bit hard. I suppose it does the trick and you can't beat the price, although due to way the capsules are, it makes you think it's an inferior product compared to the bigger capsules and smooth texture of capsules from Sundown Krill. It's just psychological. I buy Sundown when they are on sale.
