This product is pure heaven and don't know what I would have done with out it when x-rays showed pinched nerves in my neck. i ordered this neck warmer when i had a terribly stiff neck. it wasn't bad. it felt nice and smelled nice. but it always felt moist out of the microwave, which i guess isn't a BIG deal, but it kinda grossed me out. like i said, it did feel nice. but a hot shower worked much better.... can't stay in the shower all night though :)
