I love both versions of this brands Krill oil. This one with the extra dha could be extra boost that some need. I prefer the one without the dha becuase this one seems to make my mind very active and so I only use it on occasion.

I have genetically high cholesterol and even though I eat a mostly vegetarian diet and exercise, I could not get my cholesterol down below 225 using fish oil. With my last checkup after taking this krill oil for about two months, it was down to 195. This oil has the correct ratio of DHA to EPA which most oils do not. From my studies it should be at least 3 to 1 ration of DHA To EPA. Most oils have more of the EPA. I highly recommend.

I did a lot of research before deciding to buy this krill oil. It sounded great and I didn't mind that it costed a little more than the fish oil I used for a year. I have bad joints in my fingers and the fish oil made it not noticeable. When I switched to this product my joints felt stiffer and kind of hurt. If you use it for joints like I do, then I would try something else.
