This is a very good brand for using to help alleviate a migraine by rubbing on your forehead and pulse points. Smelling it can help also. I've been able to alleviate a lot of the pain from a migraine just from this oil. I've used two other oils and this one is better than them.

I am giving this a four star because I have never gotten peppermint oil before & have nothing to compare it to, otherwise this product smells great. My hubby loves the smell & so do I. I use it with Jamaican castor oil for my scalp. Rich smell and thick product. I like it a lot & will recommend it
