I had first picked up a cheap brand at the Vitamin Shoppe. My Husband and I both started taking them and noticed soon after that we felt great. When we were done, he dicided to do some research. If a cheap brand made us feel that great, imagine what a great brand would be like. Right? We took the whole bottle of this stuff and felt no difference. Very disappointing. The best thing I can say is that it didn't have any bad effects either.

I tried a bottle of this, it didn't help relieve any of my pain or inflammation back, elbow, neck, muscular, etc. It makes me think all the positive reviewers are feeling the "placebo effect" from taking this supplement, since I didn't feel any difference whatsoever.The week I took this, my blood pressure dropped from about 115/80 to 83/59.
