I bought these for the high amount of DHA they contain. Most fish oil products which claim they have DHA really have a small amount, and the DHA is one of the most beneficial ingredients in fish oil products. I took this my entire pregnancy, and am not sure if this is related to the DHA but I have a wonderful, happy, healthy baby boy who SLEEPS through the night after only two weeks. My 3 yr old daughter was a horrible sleeper during infancy, and I did not take any DHA supplements while pregnant with her.
My sister took the same amount of DHA while she was pregnant with her daughter who was also a great sleeper, not to mention healthy and happy baby. Not sure if it is at all related, but all the research seems to show this stuff is great for you and growing babies. I am still taking it while nursing and my boy at 2 months continues to be thriving in every sense. I will definitely stick to this product.

I bought these after readying the reviews, and am so glad I did. They are so easy to take, and just one pill has more DHA than 2 or 3 of the other ones I was taking. I also was about to buy these at a local vitamin store, but their sale price was more than buying these with shipping and all! I purchased this product because of it's high content of DHA. It was one of the few products I could find that had the highest amount of DHA. Highly recommended product! Great product that does not produce any fishy aftertaste!
