I first experienced Elemis "Sharp" shower & bath gel on a Holland-America Line cruise, and found much to my surprise that this bizarre, minty and tingly bath gel actually helped my rosacea. So when I got home I ordered some. I have this horrible sinking feeling that it's been discontinued by the manufacturer (a foreign company) and I hope I am wrong about that. It's pricey, and the prices vary all over the place depending on the supplier, which is as bizarre as the tingly sensation you get when you use it on your skin, but it really does help my rosacea, better than anything else I've ever used. It's even better than the prescription creams (anti-bacterial and anti-fungal) that my dermatologist prescribed for me. It's even better than sticking my face in a chlorinated swimming pool (that actually helps, believe it or not). I was amazed to read the ingredients -one of them is "nettle," which probably explains why it feels tingly (stinging) on the skin. But if it's the nettle that's helping my rosacea, I'm all for it. I hope I can order more when I get close to running out. Right now I'm using it sparingly, just on my face. And I actually enjoy the tingling sensation on my skin.

First experienced this product while on a Holland America Cruise. It's their signature complimentary shower gel. That's why I bought it when I returned home. Probably won't buy again because it's kind of pricey. But enjoying it right now.
