I was excited about trying this one out after reading the list of oils in this composition but, after trying it in person, I wish I kept my curiosity in check and stuck to my other favorite brands . I use oils for effusion lamps and the smell of this blend just doesn't come through as coherent enough or even as pure and natural enough as from oils from my other brands. I use essential oils in oil diffusers after work. I have just started trying out some blends, and this one is definitely a favorite. The smell is citrusy and refreshing, and makes me feel cleansed after a long day at work. The package insert suggests using 5-10 drops in water for the oil diffuser, and I do use closer to 10-12 to really get a good scent going. The product arrived quickly and I love using it.I am a licensed Esthetician, and I like to use Aromatherapy in my room while I am doing skin-care treatments. My favorites are the Eden Garden blends. I could blend essential oils for myself (and I have in the past), but these are as good as I could do, and make my life much easier. I like to use the Invigorate or the Renew Blend for clients who come to me in the morning or midday hours so they can return to work or their daytime routines feeling good without being too sleepy or relaxed. For my after-work and evening clients, I use the Stress Relief or the Relaxation Blend to help my clients unwind from their day.
