This company does business the old-fashioned way ensuring that they go above and beyond the needs of the transaction. When I received the wrong product due to some issue with Amazon't fulfillment, they not only invited me to keep it (and it smells delightful) they they shipped the correct product from the UK for me. Wow, was I surprised and grateful to receive this, knowing that they must have spent the amount on shipping alone that I had paid for my order. Now, onto the product itself... I ordered Neroli oil, that wonderful orange blossom scent that, when correctly extracted from the blossoms, makes everything smell perfect. Of all the neroli products I ordered, trying several in an attempt to find a more reasonable price for this costly, unique oil, this one hit it on the nose.
