But why do they call it aromatherapy for the hair? It doesn't have much scent at all, which is fine. I didn't choose it for that reason. It's important to me for my personal products to be cruelty free, and this shampoo and conditioner works as well if not better than any other on the market that does animal testing.

In addition to being cruelty-free, containing no animal products, being made in the USA, and being reasonably priced, this is an excellent product. I'm 62, and have fine, thinning hair, but this product makes my hair feel thick, full, and shiny. I also love that it has a natural, non-perfumey aroma.

Well, my hair type is very fine and easily becomes caked with oils. I plan to grow it out long, so for me, I really prefer volumized, fresh, and clean hair.

You'll get that with this product! There is a light flowery-orange scent, and my hair is shiny and relaxed. Plus, you get a lot of shampoo for economic price.

I switched from the aussie/v05/citra shine to this, and WOW, what a difference! It is not as expensive as it seems because I need a lot less of this stuff to work than the cheaper shampoo I was using. I have very long but thin hair, it's half way down my back, and I only need a dime size amount to work. This has a very strong citrus smell, so strong it took me some time to get used to it. Without even blow drying, which I try not to do since it damages hair, I had a bit of lift at the roots after using this. Even after the first wash, my hair felt SOOOO much nicer than with any other shampoo I have used before. I can't exactly compare it to other organic shampoos, but going organic is the way to go and this stuff is definitely worth it!

I don't care for the smell. After a few weeks of daily use, I am noticing it less and don't mind it as much. My hair is clean and shiny without harming any animals.
