I have twin babies, and this essential oil has been very helpful in soothing them and helping them to calm down and fall asleep. The smell is really really strong. The scent of grind up chamomile (strong plant smell) is everywhere with just 2 drps in water... Not really fond of the smell... Mainly used to calm thr redness on skin. Worked ok, but the smell is just little too much to bear.
