This oil is uplifting and energizing and really works. I've added it to hot and cold water as a beverage supplement and applied it topically. Even my kids love it. All four kids managed to get by with just a touch of the nasty cold that was wreaking havoc on the others at daycare. Love this stuff! Glad I ordered 2 bottles!In the past we have used Thieves, and we thought what did we have to loose to try Immune-Aid Synergy. We like this so much more the Thieves.
