Dr. Oz recommended myrrh essential oil as a mouth rinse. Although the fragrance is mellow, a few drops in water as a mouth rinse is fairly strong, but if its use improves the gums, it's not too objectionable is used at bedtime.

Product: I LOVE the smell of this product. The smell is a bit difficult to describe, but I remember the aroma from my childhood years. The best description that I can give is that it has a mildlyspicy aroma, that reminds me of licorice. It is very relaxing.
