My doctor prescribed flaxseed oil+fish oil for my dry eyes daily. I actually took only flaxseed oil. It did help me a lot! Flaxseed oil alone helped so much that I did not feel the need to add fish oil. Moreoever, flaxseed oil helped make my nails and hair healthier. Usually, I have fragile nails and very dry hair.
