I first found these vitamins at the Vitamin Shoppe. I like the product because it not only had fish oil, but vitamin D which I have a deficiency in. I like the soft gel pills and the quantity was excellent for the price. Anyway, the Vitamin Shoppe stopped stocking them in the store. So I was excited to find them through Amazon and the quantity was higher. It's nice to only have to take two of these pills to get the right dosage.

I'm usually pretty good about eating, but there are some things that I just don't like to eat. Like fish. I know I'm missing important Omega-3's that I'm not getting from any other food, so fish oil is perfect. I'm was also deficient in Vitamin D, so my Dr. recommended to take a daily supplement. How perfect for me that they come together! And I love that it is a soft gel and not a tablet. This is my first time purchasing Spectrum products, but they seem to be quality ingredients. I will definitely reorder these, and I have recommended the Spectrum Fish oil soft gels to a friend already.
