I received one of these as a gift prior to Christmas and loved it and the concept so much i ordered 4 of them as gifts for my Daughters and Granddaughters....
The scent is very light but you do smell it...i use it in the bathroom not sure if it would work that well in a large room for fragrance but is a perfect nite light for any room...It uses batteries and has a choice you can select from on, off or Auto...i have mine on auto it comes on when it is dark and goes off when there is light..
