I live in an area with bad ticks...However since using this oil on my dog's collar (a couple drops a week) I have not found a single tick on him!
I am not a big fan of the scent of oils in general, so it doesn't do anything for me, but it's not too strong that I can't stand to have my dog around me. I prefer to use this over the expensive chemical treatments as I have small children that love to snuggle up with the dog. I feel much better knowing it's just a little oil on his collar.
