I love this product! I've had problems with my skin since forever and have had to constantly change my face wash to try and help it. I've been using the Zum Face since Dec. 2012 and have not had to use anything else (typically I have to change every month or two). I use it as a mask sometimes with out any water and love the results! My face feels clean and refreshed. During the summer it my face usually drys out real bad but this has kept the dry skin at bay. The only thing I would suggest is to use this with the Zum Face Facial Cleanser, I've noticed it helps when I'm breaking out.

This is a great facial scrub. True, it is not a large amount of product, but you need so little everytime you use it. Recommendation: once you scoop out a small amount, drizel some water on the scrub before you put it on your face. It softens the sugar and becomes a softer scrub once you rub it on your face. Will order again.

I have natually oily facial skin, so I was concerned that cleaning my face with an oil based product my make the issue worse (this did not happen). The product exfoliates extremely well due to the high amount of sugar granuals in it. The smell is fantastic and if you ever get some in your mouth it actually tastes great too! I didn't have any real issues on my face to "clear up" so I can't report on that. I can just say it scrubs well, and my face feels clean and fresh afterwards. I've since purchased more and will continue to use this on a daily basis. Good stuff!!

I had the pleasure of encountering this product at a friends home and i was hooked. I live out of the US so i had to ship to my location. The Lotion really is soothing to my dry skin and the smooth feeling lasts all day. I was mostly pleased with the fact that my legs and hands had this amazing glow to it and it really sooth the dryness as I live in the islands. This is a light liquid spritz that goes into your hair before blow drying or curling. It is NOT intended to produce curls but to produce body and volume. You may want some hairspray to set your style after blow drying/curling. As with all Aveda products a little goes a long way. Well with this particular product, a lot produces no further effect. Again as with all Aveda products the fragrance is light and pleasing. It won't last the day so no interference with your perfumes. It merely prevents the outraged grumbles of those standing within 7 feet of you when you do you hair.

I bought this product because I have straight fine hair but lots of it. It is supposed to make your hair thicker and it does. The only problem I had was that the bottle is too small and hard to dispense. Other than that I would recommend it.

I got this after my stylist used it on my hair at the salon, and I have to say I love it. I use it as a root lifter right before blow drying/styling, and a little does go a long way I only use about 3-4 spritzes. It really gives my hair a nice body, and actually keeps my hair looking great even a day after washing (I only wash my hair every other day). I truly think it has helped my hair stay bouncy for days on end. I will never go without it!

I think I finally have to admit that I love the thought of Aveda more than the reality. I have fine hair but I got no benefit from this product. No increased volume or body. Absolutely none. After trying it out for about three weeks (I didn't want to give up right away), I went back to Paul Mitchell Extra-Body Sculpting Foam 6.7 oz (190 g) which does make a difference in increased body and volume in my fine hair. This tonic didn't do anything other than smell good.

The coconut scent is great! I use raw virgin coconut oil for my skin and hair; I found it was far less expensive to purchase it from a natural food store instead of a beauty store. I love this product so much! I love coconut in general, and i like the coconuttyness of this oil. It's very strong, and smells very sweetalmost like a coconut drink. Keep in mind, although it smells sweet, it isn't sweetened (something you have to think about when making flavoured chapsticks and such)

I have a few scents from eternal essence already and love them...however coconut cream and pear fantasy smell really bad. The coconut smells artificial, strong, and like astringent almost. I didn't have a problem with the size of this product, but I felt lukewarm about the smell. I bought it to add to hair and skin products for fragrance, but it smells extremely sweet and synthetic. I was expecting something closer to the actual scent of coconut oil. It's not bad, by any means. To me, though, it was a bit too much-kind of like a car air freshener. If you don't mind very sweet smells, though, I think it's a good buy!

In just one sniff I fell in love with this oil blend. I traditionally don't like to wear scents as I cant commit to the obtrusive smell all day. But this one I had to have for myself.

I have been looking for a scent that smells very similar to Byredo Gypsy Water (over $200 for 100ml), and I believe I have found it.

The smell is almost non-existent in the bottle, and it doesn't reach very far when it's on the skin, either. It is very a light, personal scent that will make it's presence known throughout the day.

(I also find the smell more effective, and longer lasting when applied to places of the body where hair grows, like the arms)

Kuumba sells larger quantities of their scents on their website, so I will be trying the 1/4 oz, or the 1/2 oz of this scent, in hopes that it will be more pungent.

Talk about a natural way to make sure your get your house clean but this is it. Check out the Green Clean Aromatherapy Kit from Happy Soul or just purchase the individual bottles from Plantlife. Either way you're getting a great deal. The Plantlife bottles are smaller than The Happy Soul bottles but they're both in the dark blue bottles which keeps all essential oils protected from the sunlight.

I make my own laundry detergent. I use 3c. Borox, 3c. Arm & Hammer Washing Soda (do not use generic here, it clumps), and then I add 20-25 drops of Eucalyptus and 20-25 drops of Lavender. The eucalyptus is antiviral and the lavender is antibacterial, as well as smelling good. I use 1/4c. in each load of laundry.

My son no longer wakes up with headaches and I think it was because I was washing his bed sheets in chemical laden laundry detergent and he's sensitive to it. This home-made recipe we all love the smell and actually feel better. I love it.

What can it hurt to try it a few times and check it out? The laundry detergent cost pennies to make. The eucalyptus provides antiviral properties and gets rid of dust mites too. It's an amazing essential oil.

I am trying to purchase and use more natural cosmetics as I have never been happy with the look and feel of my skin after using drug store brands. I have researched natural products and grape seed ranks amongst the best ingredients as far as benefits so I thought I would try the SEED brand. The lotion has a "natural" smell I would equate to the smell of sunflower seeds so that takes some getting use to if you are use to drug store brands that use perfume & fragrance. However, once on my skin the smell goes away and your skin is left with a pleasant, neutral scent. It leaves my skin feeling great & moisturized, without the thick or overly moisturized feel of drug store lotions. I am very happy with the results. The only negative is that I hoped to make this my one-stop lotion and use on my face as well, but my face did start to feel dried out in spots so I will have to find another natural moisturizer for my face. But I still highly recommend this product as a body lotion.

I have been using this product as directed for the past 4-5 days and I am happy with the results. Some background: I am finally coming off of Elocon, a very strong skin ointment prescribed by my doctor for eczema. I have been using Elocon for at least 15 years (which I should have not been doing), so now I am having side effects from the withdrawal. What generally happens when one stops using Elocon is that one's eczema comes back with a vengeance. I have been experiencing flaking, blotchiness, and skin sensitivity since I have discontinued my use of Elocon. I decided to use the Flexitol just to see if it would work. I began using it morning and night. The cream has a distinct herbal smell and you cannot wear this stuff in public because it does not disappear when you apply it to your skin. It looks as if you are putting on a mud mask, because it is a light tan color. When I applied it to my (already sensitive and irritated) skin, it began to burn.

When I looked at the active ingredients it contains "Borax, Graphites, Kalium, and Natrum." Its inactive ingredients include "lavender oil, licorice, avocado, and chamomile" just to name a few. Perhaps one of these ingredients was causing my skin to burn. I decided to continue to use it and noticed an immediate improvement in the appearance of my skin. The flakiness had decreased significantly. I also used aveeno lotion after I washed off the product to moisturize my skin. I was truly surprised by the results. As I stated previously, I continued using it for the next four days and still continue to use it. The burning continued, but the flakiness decreased. Now, my skin looks much better.

I have noticed that the burning has decreased, but it has not stopped. The blotchiness is still apparent as well, but I don't feel embarrassed to leave the house anymore. I am still watching my skin for signs that it has burned, because as I said before it made my skin burn when I was applying it. I have decided to use it once a day rather than twice. I will probably stop using it in three days, because a week will have lapsed. One of the other individuals who commented on this product mentioned that it should be used for 7-14 days. So far, I am happy with the results. I will update this comment if I notice that my skin appearance worsens.

I may still go to the dermatologist to get treatment for the blotchiness.

I am buying this product for 2 years already. It helps but you can see the results only after 1-2 weeks. I apply it two times a day until my skin condition improves. Some people may not like the herb smell this cream has. But this cream is natural and made of herbs that is definitely better than (hydro)cortizone that has a lot of dangerous side effects.

I have used this product for years, but for some reason it is now difficult to locate in stores. I use this product mainly for razor burn under my chin. The day after a close shave I get very irritated skin and the only fast relief I've found to work has been Flexitol. My wife also uses it because it's effective and doesn't contain steroids.
