The way this item is made the pad falls out within minutes. How can it be aromatherapy if there is no aroma. And watch who you buy it from, I returned it since it does not work. They refused to give me a refund and to send the product back to me. So I'm just out the money. Terrible product.I wear this every day with my favorite essential oil.
