I have tried this product and the raspberry chocolate flavor. Out of the two I prefer the chocolate raspberry, however, I much prefer the capsules even though the omega 3 dosage is lower.Want Barlean's Organic Oils, The Essential Woman, 12-Ounce Bottle Discount?
January 6, 2013 is the freshest before date and I received the package the first week of February (2013)! I don't know how long the shelf life of this is. It says on the bottle, shelf life is extended up to one year if placed in the freezer. But I don't know if this product is still as viable. I'll use it, but I don't know why they still send out products way after the freshness date.
