I love good soap. (Really good). I've found most Castile soap to be affective and nice. My favorite so far. This Lavender is nice but doesn't suds up on my scrubbie as much as I like and I wish the Lavender aroma would cling alittle better. Yet all said< it is a good soap. This oil has a nice warm cinnamon smell. I have tried it in water in an oil warmer & it gives a nice fragrance to the room. It only took 3-4 drops and scent was long lasting. I've used this soap for years, and usually buy the refills from Amazon to save money. Smells great, not overwhelming or overly perfumey. But they've redesigned the pump bottle the pump shape is more compact, but it is harder to push down, so young kids have trouble working it. I used to be able to push the pump down with my thumb while cupping my hand in front of the spout to catch the foam, but now I have to use two hands. Annoying enough that I scrounged around in the recycling bin to rescue the old pump bottles I'd thrown away. Fix the pump please!!

I'm very happy with this product so far. I need extra Omega 3 to help fight my acne of 20 years. This product does not taste bad and does not really have any after taste and is easy to use. I have been taking this to help improve my acne as skin can be affected if not having enough Omega 3 and to much Omega 6 & 9. Do not take Omega 6 & 9 if you have acne!!! You need extra Omega 3 as your body can not make it! So this was the prefect choice for me. I have been using this along with hymilian pink sea salt w/ water on mny face to kill acne bacteria and drink it 2x a week and OPC factor 3 x a week and my skin has improved about 80 -90% in just 2 weeks. Ok, personally, I could barely taste this lemon-flavored oil it was not yucky at all for me AND I took it straight (14 drops onto a spoon with no water or anything). I love that I found something that will give me the DHA that I need with no fish oils and such a mild taste. Great for vegans. The taste isn't too bad. Not great, but ok. Obviously that is very subjective. I was concerned since the bottle arrived quite hot in the summer months. The company were helpful and put my mind at ease. It is not rancid.

When I started to use this product, I had a few open wounds that would not heal for several weeks and it was really painful. The very next day it started to heal and really fast! Now 3 or 4 days later, it's almost completely gone!! The skin on my feet and hands was really dry and was getting to look wrinkled and that helped immediately with this as well.
