I think this has helped my skin. I think the smell is great! I use it in a Sugar scrub with olive oil.I am not sure how well this item actually works--I've read that if you can get past the smell, it does wonders for your hair and skin when applied topically. However, I cannot overstate how bad this stuff smells. After, putting some on my face (unfortunately close to my nose), I tried to cover it up with coconut oil to no avail. Kind of has a smoky, tequila-ish smell, so if you're OK with that, then give it a try! I personally chose not to use it after my first attempt. This worked great. I put it in candle wax, and burn it outside to get rid of bugs. Old wax works best so it smokes a lot.

The quality of this product can not be beat. It will outlast any other air freshener on the market. It looks nice and takes minimal effort to maintain. I bought this variety pack because I tried one other scent that was great and I didn't want to commit to a new scent in the larger size. I am in the process of learning about the use of essential oils, so let me state up front that I'm no expert. I can't take a sniff and tell you about purity. What I can do is tell you that when I applied this product to the soles of my feet, I did so expecting a mild psychological grounding effect (the reason it had been recommended to me by a friend). What happened was that the water retention and bloating I'd been experiencing for months cleared within 24 hours. I went down two notches on my bra band and one notch on my belt. I have been using essential oils in my holistic business for years but the University of Essential Oils that I purchased from stopped supplying oils to focus on education. I settled with them after trying a long line of brands for quality at an economical price. Thought I'd try this one that I'd not tried before. I purchased this Rosemary oil along with their Eucalyptus oil. Opened the Rosemary first and was disappointed by the lack of Rosemary aroma and the overwhelming medicinal alcohol smell. I was shocked when I opened the Eucalyptus to discover not only did it smell in no way like Eucalyptus, I could not differentiate it from the Rosemary. When I closed my eyes and smelled from each bottle, they were identically unpleasant--nothing pure in these oils. This oil can replel or rather discourage biting bugs. I was browsing & found this fact. That is what motivated me to purchase large bottle which is cheaper overal then the multple smaller bottles elsewhere. In addition a few drops can do wonders for drinks, teas. This productbis very PHOTOSENSITIVE. I haven't used it topically as I haven't found a skin formula for pets or humans. I do add a few drops to teas. EXCELLENT! I do put a few drops on a cotton ball & swab an upper back corner of dogs, cats kennels. Product is out of light, repels biting bugs including no-see-ums, no doggie oder. The product comes with a lid that only gives a drop or two at a time. This gives better control for placing on cotton ball. The cotton ball allows oil to be spread out very thinly. Wonderful essential oil great product! Clean, pure and unadulterated with other oils or additives. Great for use for upper respiratory congestion or sinus infections. Anecdotally, I have successfully treated myself and my four children for stubborn sinus infections that have re-occurred, despite antibiotics, by swabbing the inside of the nostrils with a cotton swab dipped in a small amount of Eucalyptus oil twice/day. Also just breathing vapors helps. It can be diluted with a bland oil, such as almond or olive oil for sensitive skin. Should be used with caution, however, in asthmatics. Our pulmonologist told me about eucalyptus oil years ago. Both of our kids have asthma, and he told us that eucalyptus oil will actually kill dust mite. So when we launder things like blankets, throws, curtains, etc., I add about a tablespoonful to the laundry soap compartment. Love it. Kill the mite, freshen the laundry, what more is there?
