We have this fish oil for my 3 and 5 year old boys. They are pretty good about taking medicines and like the chalky flavored Flinstone vitamins that I think taste terrible! They both tried this fish oil with no problems. I even tried it myself actually. There is virtually NO flavor. It's like tasting plain vegetable oil or something, with a tiny hint of an orange flavoring. Not unpleasant except for the oily texture and that can't be helped. My kids didn't refuse to drink it again, but they prefer to have it mixed with juice. Overall, I'm impressed with the product. No fishy smell or taste at all. As for the health benefits, we're trying to see if it will help with our excema. Have to wait and see!
