I take these for years now. They are like a "system lube" for women. I LOVE these vitamins! Not only do they make my hair thicker and my skin clearer and smoother, but they also make my monthly visitor much easier to deal with. I tend to switch my regimen up throughout the month, normally just taking 3 a day, but when the cramps set in and the bitchiness starts, I up my dosage to 6 and voila! I'm back to my old self again. No bloating, no cramps, no breakouts, and lighter and shorter periods. What more could a girl ask for? The only drawback is that I have to clip my nails and get my hair cut more often because they grow so quickly. That's probably a "win" for most people, though. After having my baby i ordered these vitamins for omega supplement. The ingredients are great and within about a week of taking about 4 per day (reccommended dosage is 3-9 capsules per day, which i thought 9 was way too much) i noticed my nails were so long and thick & looked incredibly healthy, and i have never had long thick nails ever. i recently came across an article that said healthy fingernails are a sign of overall good health & frail thin fingernails can be a sign of poor health. how this suppliment affected my insides, well i just dont know, but i saw results in my nails within a week so it tells me it probably worked in other areas as well. I really hate to leave bad reviews, but this product had such an impact on me I just felt like I had to tell my experience. I took this product for about a month. After about a week, I started crying over just anything. This is soooo not like me. I never cry about anything! I thought maybe my body was just adjusting to the "natural balancing of hormones" as the label implies this product will do. After about a month, I became very depressed. I started wondering how I was even going to get through the day. Finally, I researched evening primrose oil and found that in a few rare cases, it has been shown to cause depression. Now keep in mind, I am certainly in the minority. I see from the other reviews most really do well on evening primrose oil. But, I just thought I would tell my experience in case anyone else has the same reaction and can't figure out whats causing the negative outlook. I've been off this product for 2 days and feel worlds better. Hope this helps someone

I originally tried the Bath and Body Pillow Mist Warm Milk and Honey, last year when it was introduced. The local stores stopped carrying the product so I hit the internet. I found it on of course "Amazon" and purchased it through Krazy Karen's Products. I am very fond of the product, however, it's been discontinued. If you know and love this scent, I'd suggest stalking up. If you've never tried itbe advised that if you love ityou may have trouble finding it in the future. I bought a few extras to stash away. It really helps me relax and I feel my sleep has imporved since I started using it.

I love that these roll-ons fit in my purse or pocke. And my kids can safely use them, since they're pre-diluted in coconut oil. I've never used a Plant Therapy essential oil that I didn't like. Heliotrope essential oil is difficult to find these days. I'm very pleased with the quality. To make matters even better, it arrived so quickly that it must have shipped the day I ordered it. The price was very fair. I'll be mixing my own version of Shalimar, and this was the final ingredient I required. I'm sure it's going to smell amazing. I just purchased nine different essential oils which I add to a very small pot of hot water on the stove to scent the air. While a variety of the oils were excellent, this was not one of them. It provides an accurate scent at bottle level, but you must add many drops to the water for barely a hint of scent in the air. Maybe it is good with other uses but for me it was a waste of money.
