A little bit of background: I came to essential oils primarily as a way to combat allergies years back. I've tried a little of everything from the electric diffusers you can buy at your grocery store to my favorite ever home diffuser (Aromatherapy Diffuser Professional Grade (Orbis Lux Merus) in case you're interested). I've been using scent balls for my office but left my old, trusty scent ball in the Midwest while vacationing. After an appropriate mourning period I began looking for a replacement and stumbled upon Aroma2Go USB Diffuser Travel Essential Oil Aroma Diffuser. I've only had it for a couple of days at this point but I wanted to share my initial impressions as there are so few reviews of the product at this point.
General Overview
It looks a lot like a standard usb drive and sticks out much as an old usb stick or bluetooth adapter would have. It measures about 2 1/2" once inserted into a port. It will be very easy to dislodge if you're placing it in a laptop that you actually pick up and move around.
It flashes like a usb drive or network adapter to show that it is receiving power. This isn't bothersom for me during the day but would be a deal breaker at night. I have every intention of covering it with tape before I travel extensively with it.
It makes a soft clicking type noise when active (in sync with the flashing). The noise is soft enough that I don't notice it in my fairly quiet office; however, I would notice it in silence. That said, I'm told I have bat hearing and it is completely possible to you might not even notice the sound.
Pros
The size of the Aroma2Go makes it perfect for travel. Thus far I've used it in my office, in the car, and at home. I've had good results in the office and in the car. Less so at home. My previous diffuser filled the office with scent and it spilled into the hallway and adjoining departments. While no one has ever complained, I was always aware of it and didn't want to bother others should they not care for my choice of scent that day. The Aroma2Go does not leave my office. It really doesn't even completely fill my office in a noticable way. That's actually perfect fo me. I have ample scent in my workspace without overpowering my whole corner of the building. I find that I prefer the highest setting in the office. The highest setting was a bit too much for the car though. I noticed a couple of things when using it in the car. First, it is a smaller confined space to the scent fills and perhaps overwhelms more easily. Second, the usb adapter I'm using in my car was intended to charge my BLACKBERRY Z10 16GB BLACK FACTORY UNLOCKED GSM (great phone, btw) and seems to have more power than the usb port on my laptop. I have nothing but anecdotal evidence to support that observation but it certaily seems more powerful.
I love the tiny oil bottle that fits inside the Aroma2Go! It is very small but seems to hold enough oil to get me through several days of moderate use. The lid and wick seem sturdy and don't cause me any concern regarding their longevity.
I like the ability to choose three levels of diffusion. It makes it much more useful in different sized rooms.
Cons
The size of the Aroma2Go means it has a pretty small coverage footprint. While it was perfect for my office and car, I didn't even notice it in my living room. That said, I do have a pretty open concept living area and I didn't really expect the same results I get with a full sized diffuser.
The filling/cleaning tools that come with it are tiny. I appreciate having them but wish they'd been scaled to be a bit more useful.
I really need more than one oil bottle. They do sell extra bottles and I'll likely pick some of those up soon. Including two would have been ideal.
Filling the oil bottles can be a challenge. It does come with a tiny syringe-like tool to help but that isn't at all useful if you have the common 1 oz bottles with droppers.
All in all I like the Aroma2Go a lot. The description is clear on what's included and I find it well suited to the tasks I intend it for. I hope that it will be a part of my travel routine for a long time to come.

I ordered this and received it quickly. The bottle is easy to fill and it works wonderfully wherever I plug it in. I'm going to order more bottles so I can use different oils in it. I really like that you can adjust the output. Would definitely recommend this product.
