I'll be terse; this is a great product, and it is not contaminated like a lot of the stuff on the market is (there is a lot of mercury in them there oceans). I just swallow the stuff, so I don't know about the lemon taste. However, at least, since it is kind of a rubbery capsule, it goes down easily; I have never had any negative reaction to it, and, from what I've read, it is good for your heart. When you are 66, you need all the help you can get (table tennis is my other help), so I take it daily. Amazon has the best deal on it, especially if you sign up long term (I searched the net carefully).

Wow, this stuff really changed things for me. I had these patchy rough sores on my head. I messed around with this stuff as an experiment. It cleared up the problem in 3 days! The sores seem to correspond with the changing of the seasons from warmer days to the onset of winter... around mid October to mid November (in Atlanta Ga. USA). This brand is prescribed by my neurologist for being pure, and assisting with my epilepsy. The gcaps are easy to swallow and no aftertaste or side effects found for myself. Omega-3 reduces swelling in arthritic knee joints. Arctic provides the best relief experienced so far. Knee pain is almost non-existent.Strongly recommend this product.
