I have a decent diet, but probably don't eat as much fruits and vegetables as I should. Because of this, I tried taking a multi-vitamin for a while, but didn't notice any difference. Maybe it worked, but maybe it didn't. Who knows?

I have moderately high cholesterol (genetic it doesn't go down even when I eat really healthy) and take a mild statin; however, my wife is a nurse and told me that I should be taking fish oil. I weigh about 200 pounds and am a fairly large guy, so I've been taking 6 pills a day (3 in the morning and 3 at night). The gel caps have a mild caramel flavor and the fish oil is orange flavored, but very mild. Sometimes I swallow them whole, but sometimes I chew the capsules, drink the oil and discard the shell. Either way works fine.

I previously had somewhat chronic rashes on my legs, but they have gone away after taking fish oil for a month. I also had some joint pain in one of my hips, which has gone away too. Maybe it is all in my head, but my hair even seems shinier and healthier.

It is nice to take a supplement and to actually see noticable benefits. Also, this supplement claims to remove mercury from the oil, so I feel safe taking it.

If you do the monthly shipment plan, the cost is very reasonable. One note the monthly plan does not give you Amazon prime shipping, but since you are getting free shipping every month, it shouldn't matter too much.

This is my favorite brand (and "flavor") fish oil because it's the only one I've tried that doesn't give me fish burps. I find that taking fish oil on a daily basis (which I don't always do due to laziness) really makes a difference in my overall health. It especially helps with acne and oily skin. Acne is partially related to errors in fatty acid metabolism, and omega 3s help normalize this.

I use tea tree oil on my scalp (to relieve symptoms of psoriasis) and on my face (in a blend with other oils for the oil cleansing method). I chose this product because of the amount of oil you get for the price. The quality great at 100%, however this brand has a more sour smell than other brands of tea tree oil. I don't know what that means other than it's a little unpleasant to deal with. Overall though, I would recommend this product.

also I tried it when I noticed one of my dogs was scratching so much, and I checked it and have kind of rash, and I applied the oil in some areas where was more critic... and it got better the following day... and after days my dog was relief and did not scratch any more... I check and she was healed.

I really like the box it comes in and the bottle is dark which is appropriate for an essential oil. However, there is not regulating tip on the bottle, just the bottle opening so when you try to pour the oil it, of course, pours down the side of the bottle causing a lot of waste. Also it smells slightly different from my previous tea tree oil by a different manufacturer (which may or may not be bad). I don't doubt that it is essential oil because when I tried to use a plastic orange stick to transfer drops of the oil, it removed the finish on the stick. The oil itself seems to be a fine product, the packaging is really cute, but is overall a waste of oil and money to not have a drip regulator on it.

I ordered this oil to use in some carrier oils for massage. I also ended up using it in a sugar scrub oil blend I made. I wanted it for its diuretic properties and its ability to help curb appetite. I don't know if it curbs appetite or if I was just not hungry, but I CAN tell you it works as a diuretic. My "cankles" have been transformed back into ankles. Awesome. I actually ended up mixing Fennel, Juniper Berry (also for its diuretic properties), and Tea Tree (for it's antibacterial properties) for my sugar scrub and have used it a few times. I'm relatively new to aromatherapy, so I am trying everything out on myself. The scrub I made smelled a little funny, but the smell wears off relatively quickly unless you dilute the oil in alcohol, so it worked for my therapeutic purposes.

I have ordered from Eden's Garden three times, and all three times they have messed up my order. The oils are good, maybe not quite as good as the really high cost stuff, but good enough for the price. Unfortunately whomever fulfills the orders does an absolutely terrible job... each time we've ordered quite a few, and every time we've received the wrong ones. The first two times they ended up shipping us the ones that we were missing. Well, the last time I ordered, I filed the same missing product report, and nothing ever received. The product is rich, thick, and golden in appearance. It also has a characteristic smell since it is unrefined. The bottle has the expiration date written, which is beneficial. If you are not used to the scent, it might not seem pleasant. However, the smell dissipates in a reasonable amount of time and the benefits highly outweigh it. You could also get the refined version; however, the refining process strips the oil of some of its properties.

This argan oil, and argan oil in general, is great for so many things. You can use it:

-directly on your skin to moisturize it

-mix it with lotion

-use it in a home-made body care recipe (such as body butter or scrub)

-as a pre-shampoo hair treatment

-add it to shampoo and/or conditioner

-put it in wet/damp hair after washing and conditioning (start from the ears down and sparingly use whatever is left on your hands on the top of your hair, or avoid the top/roots in general)

-put it in dry hair

-on your face as a moisturizer

-mix it with facial moisturizer

A little goes a long way, especially when using it in your hair. If you are not used to using oils in your hair, you might put too much on the first time. All that I need is a dime-sized amount. It does a great job of smoothing frizz and making hair more manageable.

I do wish that the oil came in packaged in a glass bottle instead of plastic. However, the quality is amazing for the price so I still give it 5 stars!

I started using Dr.Teal's lavender Epsom salts and fell in love. But after awhile I got tired of the lavender scentI still use it but switch the scents up. I love bath and body works line of stress relief eucalyptus and spearmint. The soaps and pillow sprays are amazing so I was excited when I found Dr. Teals eucalyptus salts. I put almost 2 cups in my bath, get my book and soak for 20-40 minutes 1-3 times a week. It relaxes and refreshes me, my aches from standing on my feet as a young nurse ease up, my skin is softer and it detoxes me. How do I know it detoxes me? I take a quick shower first with soap and shampoo my hair, then draw the bath with salts. You will see or feel a ring in the bath if toxins were pulled out by the magnesium properties in the salt. I always sleep better after a warm bath, but I sleep even better when using any of Dr. Teal's salts. If you are worried about the salt price, mix 1 cup of dr teals and 1 cup of regular Epsom salt that is VERY cheap. A friend told me that trick and it works. It can get expensive when I buy several bags at a time, but it's certainly cheaper than a spa day!

I wanted a good quality epsom salt to soak in when I am sore from running. This one seemed to fit the bill with eucalyptus which is supposed to have a gentle smell, but is still considered effective for massage purposes. The salt does a good job of soothing sore muscles, no doubt about that. However, the strong sort-of-cheap fragrance is simply overwhelming. I had read other people's reviews in advance so I deliberately used much less than the recommended quantity (used only 1 small cup), even then the smell filled the bathroom and our bedroom. The dense smell lingered all night, smelt like a cheap salon inside.

The bag is meant to be resealable, but it's really not. The zip-lock mechanism doesn't really work because the salt gets stuck in between the grooves making it impossible for the two sides to lock in properly. Not really a big deal, I simply folded the bag from the top and pressed it against the wall so that the top part wouldn't rise. This is good enough to keep water out from the bag, leaving the salt dry and good for subsequent uses.

I really wanted to like this product but given the overwhelming smell, I will probably not be using it again. Hopefully I can find something better effective but with a lighter fragrance.

Compared to buying locally this is a great deal. I have been using this as a foot soak and it works very well to soften my feet. I am adding some tea tree oil with it to help deal with a foot infection, and everything seems to be going well.

My only complaint is the "zip lock" type seal does not work. It was packed full of salt so I tried digging it all out and got it to partially seal, but it is still open to allow air in. I had hoped I could squeeze air out then seal it to minimize exposure to humidity but that isn't working.

The cream is thick, but absorbs into the skin smoothly and instantly. The scent is immediate: you smell sweet and nutty. You do not need to use too much of it either. I think Alba skin products are very rich in quality. Not oily. You get what you pay for--and in this case, a month-supply of creamy moisturizer.

Kukui Nut Body Cream is one of the most efficient moisturizers on the market. Use it mostly on your elbows, knees, feet and neck. After a shower, especially. I never apply the cream to my face. I found the area too sensitive. I have read that some customers are allergic to the scent--or their skin is too sensitive. For $11.49, you receive 6.5 ounces. It is well worth the purchase.

I ordered this based upon the fact that my mother has been using the mango version of this body cream. I thought I would try this different version. Had I been able to smell it beforehand, I would never have ordered it and would have stuck with the mango that my mother uses. To me, and it is only my opinion and sense of smell, it smells like a flavored coffee. I cannot stand the smell of any kind of coffee, nor the taste for that matter. So, the cream part of the product is fine, but the smell wasn't for me. Also, the product came with the lid having damage to the side. It must have been broken along the way. So, if you aren't a fan of the smell of coffee, I would suggest you not order this version of Alba's body cream.

I can't tell you how happy I am that I found this product!! I live in Idaho, a very dry climate, and need major moisturizing. I used to buy products from L'Occitane, but have noticed their new formulations don't work as well as some of their older products (alcohol, glycerin and water are the first three ingredients!), and I was willing to pay any price. The product is all natural (LOVE this!), and extremely moisturizing without getting hard (ever bought cocoa butter that was solid in the jar?). When I wear it on my legs, it gives that glowy look that makes your skin look fantastic. When you add the cost factor into this product, I'm over the moon. Never again am I spending $40 on jars of cream!

The scent is interesting, slightly nutty, coffee, coconut? Smells like a bottle of suntan lotion with a twist. It's not my favorite smell, but it's ok. The smell seems to fade after awhile. I can layer my perfume on top (Prada Infusion D'Orangeur), and well, it smells like I just came in from Hawaii. Not too bad!
