i purchased this oil with a ultimate essential oil set by the same company. i love them all and are very high quality. this myrrh is a great deal and is rather hard to find. only thing i would warn about is that the oil is really thick. i knew that when i purchased it, but have had friends that didnt know what to expect. very nice.

I use this with Eden's Garden frankincense essential oil whenever I have time to relax in the bath. I use 5 drops of each in hot water and soak for 15 minutes. I come out feeling and smelling heavenly!

I've also tried using just one drop for perfume on my wrists and neck. This might not be a good idea for those with sensitive skin, but I love it! The scent will stay with me for several hours, which is more than I can say for the store-bought, expensive, chemical-laden perfumes.

Its an oil but it sinks into your skin nicely, so you don't have to worry about it getting on your clothes. i am sure Marjoram has other great qualites, but I add a drop or two along with lavendar oil, ylang ylang and a few other essential oils to a bath and not only do I smell clean and fresh, but I feel relaxed.

I used to have very sensitive teeth. For years I used a commercial toothpaste for sensitive teeth and it only temporarily helped. Since using PerioPaste for the last 4 years now, my teeth are stronger, my gums never receded and I can eat or drink hot and cold anytime. The ylang ylang essential oil arrived quickly, and as expected. It is of good quaity and I am pleased that the dropper cap works well as I have had difficulty getting the EO to even come out of the drop dispenser on some other brands. This is a good product, I used these capsules for over a month. But they cost $17.39 for 90 capsules! They provide 825 mg of Omega-3 per serving (3 capsules), and only have 30 servings per container.

I also tried the Flax oil vegetarian soft-gels from the same company (Health from the Sun), and these supplied 1100mg of Omega-3 per serving (2 capsules) for only $8.36 per 90 capsules, and 45 servings per container! I would recommend the Flax oil from both the economic and Omega-3 content stand-points.

If you're looking for Omega-6 oils (since Flax oil only contains Omega-3 fatty acids), you can try coconut oil (Organic Extra Virgin), which is rich in Omega-6.
