I bought this item because I love the environmentally friendly packaging and the vegetarian formula, and of course the good price, but I just want to clarify for people who are concerned about how much omega-3 they're getting, that the serving size referred to in the description is **3** capsules. It's still a good amount per capsule, but it's something to consider if you're aiming for a certain quota.

This is a good product, I used these capsules for over a month. But they cost $17.39 for 90 capsules! They provide 825 mg of Omega-3 per serving (3 capsules), and only have 30 servings per container.

I also tried the Flax oil vegetarian soft-gels from the same company (Health from the Sun), and these supplied 1100mg of Omega-3 per serving (2 capsules) for only $8.36 per 90 capsules, and 45 servings per container! I would recommend the Flax oil from both the economic and Omega-3 content stand-points.

If you're looking for Omega-6 oils (since Flax oil only contains Omega-3 fatty acids), you can try coconut oil (Organic Extra Virgin), which is rich in Omega-6.

Essential Fatty Acids are critical. As a vegetarian I find these to be the best I have found to use.
