I love Helichrysum essential. I use it on my sore neck and for chronic pain. Helichrysum can unknot those muscles and I rub it into my neck straight with no carrier oil when I'm hurting. I do find relief for it. Helichrysum works on musculoskeletal pain joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles. You can also add a few drops into a carrier oil like coconut or almond and use it as a wonderful massage oil. I also put this on burns after I've added lavender oil first for it's healing properties. Bonus tip: Put lavender oil on a burn You cannot imagine the difference in pain levels, it is magic.

this EO is fantastic if you have constant pain or fibermyalgia. it goes for a deep healing and really helps with inflammation. it is not automatic. it takes a couple of days with a couple of applications per day. a very cheap way to help with your pain without the use of drugs.

I purchased this product strictly to help with my migraines.
I rub a little on each temple and on sore muscles and neck.
I penatrates into the muscle and eases the tensions of the muscle
it really helps at night so I don't wake up with a headache.
The smell is very relaxing. Don't waste it. It works great if
you can relax after use. If you feel tense or headache coming
on just put it where you rub to get rid of the pain, massage well
and it will work. If you are at work it will ease the tension greatly.

I've been recently diagnosed with 2 herniated discs. Using Helichrysum EO and Lavender EO mixed into a small amount of organic virgin coconut oil and then lightly rub this mixture into the effected area helps relieve the pain. I also go to therapy and after each session I rub a small amount of this mixture into the effected area since it gets inflamed and sore. This works for me!
I ordered this oil to mix with lotion for some relieve from fibromyaglia muscle pain. It does seem to help some. The smell is pleasant and it is easy to use.
