My little necklace arrived very quickly, looking exactly as it is pictured. The length is adjustable I can just barely squeeze it over my head at the shortest length. At that length, it hangs just below my clavicle. At its full extension, it rests almost at the bottom of my sternum. The necklace came in a pretty green felt drawstring bag with two droppers included. I filled it with my current favorite blend Thieves by Young Living. After the first day or two, the oil saturated the little cork stopper, and now I get wonderful whiffs of the oil throughout the day.
