Well,also I know the benefit of fish oil and specially salmon fish oil that's best in the world specially for heart,I never could have one,I tried all national brands and had a same problem.That damn burp&fishy taste!

Not being a medical doctor or a nutritionist I am not going to make any claims on the benefits of taking this dietary supplement other than stating that, after months of ingesting 2-3 of these 1000mg soft gels daily I continue to be in good health and I am not aware of any side effects. Am I in better health than I would have been had I not taken these? I don't know. That's what medical studies are for and one may trust them or one may not. However, getting back to this product and evaluating IT, this is what I can state as I can compare it with the generic supermarket brand I used to take in the past.it's more expensive but not A LOT more expensive

I am not sure about Carlson price seems a little high. Walmart has 120 mgs at $6.48. Does not matter where you get it, just get it! I can testify without hesitation that taking salmon oil everyday of my life for the last 8 years has greatly improved my life. I up my dosage four years ago to 10,000 mg a day for 4 years (5K in the Am and 5K in the Pm) with no side effects only good clean healthy cholesterol and BP results. I ordered this for a natural inflammation reducer for my BF who couldn't take certain pain medications for a neck trauma. Specifically salmon oil is what one wants for the natural health benefits, not just any fish oil. Unfortunately after purchasing it and reading more on their website, I discovered this has some salmon but basically any fish they catch. Then call it fish oil on the label, rather than salmon oil, which is what I needed to purchase.So I am sending this one back as the odds of actually getting any salmon oil in a tablet are slim when they are just fishing randomly rather than keeping those that will help people who need the health benefits. I'd rather have a byproduct of a company that actually uses salmon.
It should not be labeled salmon oil.
