This product is amazing. I read all the reviews on many of it's competitors, and it is the only one I could find that has both the seed and the berry oil present. I had my cholesterol tested before, and after one bottle ( taking the minimum dosage of one per day) and my numbers dropped 35 points!! I did make some minor dietary changes to accompany the supplement, but I attribute it largely to this amazing bottle of life oil. Sea buckthorn has been known for its miracle properties for centuries. I like the fact that this particular supplement contains both seed and berry as they are both beneficial. It is also hard to find pure oil, because other brands dilute it with other fillers to make it less expensive. It is pricey, but, in this case, you get what you pay for.

It does have anti-aging effect on my skin. Actually, I just recently got a compliment on how youthful my skin looks. However, you need to be consistent and take it for a month or so to see the results. In addition to taking the capsules, I occasionally break one open and rub the oil on my face.
