I ordered this product based on customer reviews. I really needed a product that would not damage my hair after too many not great experiences. I haven't tried it yet as I did receive one bottle of wrong color. I have to say that the company did make several attempts to help me to return it and they responded quickly. I didn't follow through on the whole return process for various reasons. I may reorder or just mix the two colors together.
