I've been skeptical about the Body Shop facial products ever since I tried the tree oil line back in my teenage years and found it did absolutely nothing to help my breakouts go away. The only reason I picked this package up was because I am a complete sucker for products with sea salt or seaweed in them I've always had good experiences with those. And these products were no exception. I normally don't use a toner I'm a wash and go sort of woman but I began using each of the products included in this bag about four weeks ago and my skin is much less oily, and much smoother and healthy to boot! I was especially wary of using the day cream when I first started this little regimen anyone who has combination skin understands that the word "cream" is not something they want anywhere near her face but I thought to myself, Go big or go home. And the day cream is more of a day gel, refreshing on your face, and moisturizing but not heavy or oily. I use a little silicone face brush with the facial cleanser, as I feel that exfoliating my skin helps keep it under control, and it works great. I'd recommend this line to anybody whose skin is the on the clear but oily side.

These products do keep my oily skin clean but NO product keeps MY skin oil free. Because of my ethnicity oily skin is in my DNA and I accept that, so I find products that are natural to clean off the debris that the oil collects during the day. One thing I do with this product, don't wash oily skin in the morning, just at night. Try a hot towel in the morning like at the spa and then follow your normal routine or just moisturize. This will cut down on oil production during the day. GOOD LUCK!
