I've had the product for just three days and my blood pressure has already gone to normal. This actually works! I have no idea why. My blood pressure has been somewhat of a problem for about 7 years, set off by stress rather than salt. I was given the option of medication, which I took with mixed results while still working at a demanding job. After retiring, I was determined to wean myself, but bp spikes never totally abated. Neither did late night lows in bp numbers, making me even more wary of medication. Thankfully, this little herbal remedy seems to be the solution. I monitor my bp frequently and find no need of medication now, staying safely in range even during times that would normally be "spikes." I don't recommend this product as a stand-alone without meds if your bp is ragingly high, but even then, it might be a good supplement if your meds still don't do the whole job. The spray works better for me than the small roll-ons, but I always carry a roll-on bottle as a backup away from home. I have used this product now for well over a month and can't fully express how delighted I am with its efficacy!

The oil was a good idea at first. However, it was too good to be true. It did not do much for me.

It did not work for me at all. Tried it several times. My BP actually went even higher after using. It will probably work if you have anxiety but not if your high blood pressure is chronic above 140/90.
