I am amazed at how this product stopped my hot flashes. I had a total hysterectomy 12 years ago, so the Dr. put me on estrogen. When I found out what a terrible choice that was, I went off the estrogen and began to have the worst hot flashes imaginable. I tried many products and found some relief with progesterone creams, but still had 30 to 40 hot flashes per day. Some were intense and left me covered with sweat which would lead to feeling chilled. As soon as I put on a sweater or blanket, the hot flashes would start again. I suffered terribly for years putting sweaters on and tearing sweaters off over and over again. Then I read about essential oils and with great skepticism tried Endoflex. Within 2 days, my hot flashes were 95% gone! I still had two or three "warm moments per day. They are so slight that I don't even notice them. And now I can sleep at night without waking up covered in sweat, drenching the sheets, so hot I could cry! THIS STUFF IS AMAZING! I was putting the oil in capsules with a couple drops of olive oil three times per day but that seemed to bother my liver, which has been touchy for years. I read a little more online and found that I could rub a drop on the inside of my cheek and was amazed to find I could barely taste it. That seems to work just as well. I am still playing with how many drops I need, but I can assure you I will stay on this wonderful oil for the foreseeable future. An amazing product! I also struggle with low thyroid and low adrenals so we shall see how it helps with that.

I wasn't sure essential oils could help regulate my thyroid, but this blend did the job. I feel much better, more alert and centered. Dark circles were forming under my eyes and now they are gone. I highly recommend this product.

I have started using this in the diffuser, along with other EO so to say this oil is effective still needs more time to determine. The aroma is pleasant.

I purchased a few Young Living Essential Oils for thyroid support (Endoflex, Myrtle, Cedarwood---not a fan of the Cedarwood aroma AT ALL). I just started using the Myrtle, so we'll see how it supports thyroid, but the aroma is pleasant. I do love Young Living Oils in general... highly recommend Abundance & Valor! :-)
