I love this product. Have had mine for several months and use it every morning and night. Have had no issue of spillage or water damage. It states to not overfill past the fill line, which you will have leakage if you do. The only thing I question is why anyone would pay over a $100 for this when you can buy this from YoungLiving directly for $70, which is what I did. :/

YL's diffuser appealed to me because it was a simple fill and start diffuser. The clear cap comes off and you can easily see to fill the reservoir and it's very easy to clean.

BUTthat's the extent of it. I used this for 2 weeks (once a day at most) and it broke. For over $100, this thing should've lasted. My $30 diffuser lasted longer. Plus it has a weird green glowing light that stays on so I couldn't use it at night. Wish the light feature could've been turned off.

*UPDATE* Even though I had my receipt, Young Living refused to take the product back or replace it. Their staff was "nice" but absolutely refused to stand behind their product. Buy with caution! I had to dispute the credit card charge due to Young Living's poor business practice.

I've had mine about a year, it was given to me as a gift, and it's stopped working. It didn't exactly get a hard workout, used it in the evenings 3 or 4 times a week. Plus it had the downside of having to be placed on either a waterproof surface or putting an absorbent terry towel under it as it got everything very wet! It did, however, work well when it was working and looked very pretty when it was lit. I think the price is really much too high though.

The quality of this diffuser is very good. I was however dissapointed that this diffuser only runs for 3 hours then shuts off due to being out of water and oil. This diffuser does not have the high low setting option to give you a choice as to how long it will run. Puts out a good mist but a little pricey
