I started to take Schizandra about 1 Month ago to help with my foggy mind, started to forget some things, my son who visited from Germany also orderd the Berrys and he said he can really see a diffrence, Dr. Oz had mentioned the Berrys on his show, I do take the capsuls and I feel great.
