These smell good must taste good, because my child makes no fuss about taking them. While we have stopped eating the whole capsule, it is easy to just snip the tails off and squeeze the gel out. I do not recommend trying to pull or twist the tails off unless you want fish oil all over your hands; At that point you will have salmon-smelling hands!

Fishall edible. Very chewy. My kids chew for a few minutes and throw away the fish since the tasty oil bursts out when they first bite it. Comes with 30 per bottle 1-2 fishy per kid, I have 3 so not affordable for my taste. Good source of EPA AND DHA which is VERY good for kids to function well.

I love these my 3 kids take them everyday. I tryed other brands they had very little nutritional value and where mainly sugar. My kids always remind me to give them there vitamins are mad when we run out.
