We are HUGE fans of NOW products and buy zillions of products from them. But this coconut oil is absolutely horrible tasting. Something like a crayon box smells, or a burned-up vacuum cleaner, or something. We use Nutiva or Spectrum, both of which taste fine. The NOW product is probably great for hair and skin and the like, but if you plan to eat it or use it for cooking, the taste and odor when heated are overwhelmingly bad.
