Not oily. Unscented. Very nice bottle and pump with lid. Full 1oz when others only give you half that, if you're lucky. I like to use it as an eye make up primer. It does not contain dimethicone, which is rare and awesome. I'm actually wondering if it could be used as a face primer? I might try it just for kicks. I do use a bit of non oily moisturizer under it it's not drying, but it also isn't THE GREATEST source of moisture for aging skin around your eyes. All in all, pretty happy with it. I bought mine at tj maxx for $6.00
