I've been using this product for years. It is more expensive than what you'll find at your local drug store. This was originally a Neutraceuticals product that was later re branded by Vitacost. When I first started taking some supplements, I read other's reviews, manufacturing and quality standards. I felt from my limited research that Neutra/Vitacost brand was the best Brand in my price range. Notice that it has higher levels of EPA and DHA than most other brands you'll find.

I'm about to buy my second bottle. I don't know if these pills have done anything for me healthwise, but they're small and easy to swallow (even five at once), they keep in the freezer, they're inexpensive, and the coating doesn't have an unpleasant taste. I won't be shopping around.

At 71 years young, I try to be sure that I get the correct vitamins, etc. I had been taking the Megga-3 fish oil each day thinking it was enough until I discussed it with my doctor.
