I first tried this while on a cruise. The spa technician gave me two free samples. It was amazing how much it helped my pain levels. I have fibromyalgia and have had multiple back surgeries. It definelty took the edge off the pain after the first bath. If I use them on a regular basis, once a week or twice a month it helps the most. But, that gets expensive and they do help any time I use them. I highly reccomend it to anyone.
