Having bought vitamins from Swansons, Puritan and other bargain spots, I found this product on Amazon and it is by far the best. The ratio of the DHA/EPA you find is quite good and you wind up only having to take one pill a day instead of 2 or 3. It says there is no after taste and that is mostly true. But fish oil is fish oil and now and then I do taste it coming back. But not like with the budget brands. I've been on the automated delivery for about a year and I'll stay there.

This is one of the best fish oils that I have taken. It helped reduce my cholesterol.I use it all the time and it does not up-set my stomach, but I do take it with food.

I was taking another brand of fish oil for several years and started having a reaction stomach pain, nausea. I wanted to find a higher quality fish oil so I tried this brand. I had the same problems. It may be me and not the product there's no way to tell.
