I heard this oil is good for reducing the effects of scaring after surgery. My scar after my foot operation was large and very dark and I put make-up on it when I want to wear sandals, but it is still quite disfiguring. I put this oil on in the morning for a couple of months now and have noticed amazing improvements in the appearance of the scar. When I forget to apply the oil, my scar gets scabby again. So I apply oil again and the scar gets smooth and lighter again. Much better to use the oil, then to not use the oil. I see a difference that even the scar creams in the drugstore cannot compete with.This oil is already diluted in olive oil and it has a very strong smell(ranced). I need to find undiluted calndula oil and this was not it.
