My eye doctor suggested this product for my dry eyes, but it gave me fishy tasting burps. It's a nice size, swallows easily, balance of Omega-3 and vitamin E is good, but it is not enteric coated. I have other fish oil products that don't cause a fishy burp; so this was a disappointment, and I found it intolerable.

My eye doctor suggested I take this supplement for a few months, along with an eye drop, to help create my own tears and keep my eyes properly moisturized. (the things we need to do; who knew?!!) I followed the doctor's instructions and it seems my eyes have more moisture consistently.
