Comparatively speaking, this fish oil might be good tasting vs. other fish oils. But don't expect this to taste like pie filling. I was looking for something my little boy would accept that is high in omega 3, and after reading the reviews (for the 16 oz. bottle), I was convinced I'd found it. Well, it's impossible to disguise the smell of fish oil. The taste isn't all that offensive as long as you get it down quick, but the smell is still part of the whole experience. He won't take it, and the rest of us also have trouble getting it down. Just wanted to warn those of you out there who have read the same reviews as I....this doesn't taste like pie filling, you won't want to lick the spoon to get every last drop, it's still pretty nasty. If anyone has ideas on how to "bury" the fish smell with something else, please let me know.

Received samples of omega swirl and the flax swirl in an EcoEmi box a few months back so when my doc told me to take fish oil supplements, this was my first choice. I've had my bottle of Barlean's omega swirl Lemon Zest flavor for about a week now and it's so easy to take. It primarily lives in my work desk, away from refrigeration and it has not effected the taste. It's shockingly easy to eat and tastes a lot like a sweet lemon candy with a hint of cream and a dash of pucker. A couple of daily spoonfuls is an easy dose to manage tomorrow I'm going to try it in my morning tea. Very happy with this product.

I received the product and it was seeping from the seal. I didn't return it because I didn't feel like going through that hassle. Tastes fine. I'm going to see if that happens again and if it does I'll go buy it at the store. I saw some that said it tastes like fish or tastes rancid but it's smooth and lemony. I just want to keep eating it. haha
